Welcome to film.mints. By accessing or using this website or engaging my services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using the platform or requesting services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. By using this website or hiring my services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have consent from a legal guardian.

1.2. These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you (the client) and me, Diogo Pedras, owner and operator of film.mints.

2. Services Provided

2.1. film.mints offers professional post-production services including (but not limited to):

• Color Grading

• Video Editing

• Motion Graphics

• Content Formatting for Web & Social Media

2.2. Services are custom-tailored and quoted per project. Availability may vary and is subject to scheduling.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1. Clients agree to provide clear project briefs, necessary assets (footage, brand elements, music, etc.), and timely feedback to ensure smooth project delivery.

3.2. Clients must ensure that any content provided (video, audio, music, logos) is free from copyright infringement and complies with all applicable laws.

3.3. Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or alteration of delivered work without written permission is prohibited.

4. Privacy & Data Use

4.1. Your privacy is important. Personal data shared during project collaboration (e.g., name, email, files) is used only to fulfill services and communicate with you.

4.2. All client files and content remain confidential and will not be shared or published without your permission, unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All edited content, color grades, and motion graphics created by film.mints remain the intellectual property of the creator (Diogo Pedras) until full payment is received.

5.2. Upon full payment, clients are granted full usage rights for the agreed platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Ads, etc.).

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Services are delivered "as is." I strive for top quality, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., video performance, viewer engagement).

6.2. I am not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of the final content.

7. Termination of Services

7.1. I reserve the right to cancel or postpone services if terms are violated, communication ceases, or abusive behavior is exhibited.

7.2. If a client terminates a project mid-way, a partial payment may be required based on the work already completed.

8. Revisions & Delivery

8.1. Most projects include 1–2 rounds of revisions (unless otherwise agreed). Additional changes may incur extra fees.

8.2. Delivery timelines are discussed per project. Delays caused by late asset delivery or unclear feedback are not my responsibility.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1. These Terms may be updated at any time. Updates will be posted here and reflected with a new effective date.

9.2. Continued use of my services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Madrid.
